Dr Yojna Sah Jain is an entrepreneur, critically acclaimed published writer, TEDx speaker, and renowned poetess at international forums. With a corporate career spanning over 17 years, she holds a Doctorate in Pharmacology and has extensive professional training and experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare domain, both in India and Germany. However, beyond her corporate persona, she thrives as an artist, driven by an enduring passion for writing and artistic expression.

Education

Dr. Yojna Sah Jain completed her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from HNBGU Garhwal University, Uttarakhand, where she graduated as a meritorious student, securing the first rank in the university.

She earned her Master’s in Pharmacy from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, as part of the 2003-2005 batch.

She further pursued an MBA in Operation Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies during the 2007-2009 batch. Dr. Jain also holds a Doctorate in Pharmacology from KR Mangalam University.

Career

With over 16 years of impactful leadership in Research, Scientific, and Medical domains, Yojna has honed her expertise in esteemed Pharmaceutical Multinational Companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, TCS, Biocon, and Berlin Chemie across India and Germany. However, driven by a creative spirit, her journey into entrepreneurship began in 2019 as she pursued her passion, founding Healthprax and subsequently IGK, venturing into the realm of social entrepreneurship.

She currently serves as the Founder and Managing Director of IGK Indo-German Konnekt, a consultancy firm based in Germany. The firm specialises in fostering connections between Germany and India across multiple domains, including cultural exchange, business collaborations, and facilitating opportunities for
individuals seeking work or educational prospects in Germany.

Awards & Achievement

Yojna has received many accolades and awards including “Mahakavi Maithilisharan Gupt” Samman, “Shambhoo prasad Srivastav Sahitya Pragya Samman” from UP Govt., Dhara Bhooshan Samman from Mumbai Sahitya Academy, Hindi Sewi Samman, Golden Pinnacle award, Indian legacy award, Shrestha Sahitya Srijan Samman, Sahitya Ratna, Sahitya Shiromani, Kavya Sarthi, etc.

Literary and Social activities

Yojna has authored three publications so far, not including numerous contributions to various editorial books as a writer.
- A widely acclaimed poetry collection titled “Kagaz pe phudakti gileheriyaan,” published by Bhartiya Gyanpeeth
- A story collection titled “Imli ka Chatkara,” published by Prabhat Publications. Former Union cabinet minister Dr. Nishank inaugurated the book and the event was further graced by the presence of several dignitaries like H.E. Ambassador Indramani Pandey, Ambassador Amrendra Katva, MBE Tejendra Sharma, Padma Shri Surendra Sharma, Harish Naval, and Dr. Kirti Kale.
- Her recently published book, titled Banaras Meets Berlin by Prabhat Publications, is a captivating tale of love that defies reason, ignores caution, and propels its characters into a whirlwind adventure across continents.

Yojna was featured for her poetry on National television in “Waah bhai Waah” show run by Shailesh Lodha.

During corona time Yojna also hosted a TV talk show series on Ten news’s digital channel wherein she interviewed several renowned personalities from diverse backgrounds including Actor Raza Murad, Akhilendra Mishra, Padma Shri Surendra Sharma, Major Gen (Dr.) GD Bakshi, Anamika Jain, Dr. VP Singh etc.

Yojna’s literary work have garnered recognition and secured a place in several public libraries across India and abroad.

Humboldt University in Berlin recognised Yojna’s literary contributions by featuring her books in central library and having postgraduate students translate some of her stories into German.

Yojna has conducted and/or participated in programs organised by several embassies worldwide including “World Hindi Secretariat – Mauritius”.

Time and again her articles, poetry, and stories get published in various reputed magazines, and newspapers.

She is continuously working for the promotion of Hindi in Germany. She recently conducted Hindi diwas in Berlin in Sep’2023. She conducts “Hindi ki paathshala” for NRI children since 2021.
